Presidential candidates Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi were among the dignitaries that attended the opening ceremony of the 62nd Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) themed ‘Bold Transitions’. Their counterpart of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was absent. His running mate, Kashim Shettima, was however in attendance.

The NBA conference which is taking place at Eko Atlantic and Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos State, is scheduled to hold from 19th to 26th August 2022.

The NBA conferencewill include plenary sessions/interactive panels with questions and answers. Panelists will be drawn from UN agencies, key experts, civil society and state representatives.
