Tunde Bank-Anthony, a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, has cautioned the supporters of the presidential candidate of the party in the 2023 general elections, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to stop deceiving Nigerians about Tinubu’s achievements in the state.

While speaking on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily on Wednesday, Bank-Anthony said Tinubu’s supporters were telling lies to Nigerians in a bid to get acceptability for their candidate. He said before Tinubu, those who had been in charge of the state had done an exceptional job. 

Tinubu and his supporters tend to point to the development of Lagos state as Tinubu’s personal achievement as leader of the state.
