Abubakar Chika-Ladan, Chairman, Kebbi Football Association has faulted the order of a Federal High Court in Abuja to restrain the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) from holding its elective congress.
Mr. Abubakar, a sports lawyer himself, noted that the action taken by the court was tantamount to a third party interference, adding that FIFA does not accept such a decision by the court and would react accordingly.
The Skuup has reported yesterday that a court order putting paid to the scheduled September 30 NFF election has been obtained.
