The Federal Government has revealed that it will adjust workers’ salaries to meet the current economic realities in the country.
Chris Ngige, the Minister of Labour and Employment said this at the public presentation of the NLC of 40 publication titled, “Contemporary History of Working Class Struggles’’ on Monday in Abuja.
Prices of essential commodities have surged astronomically across the country. The Skuup has reported on 15 September that, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), has put Nigeria’s inflation rate at around 20.52%- the highest in over two decades.
