President Muhammadu Buhari will Tuesday commence his visit to Imo state to commission projects that have been completed by the government of Hope Uzodimma.
An official statement reads that the President will “be the commissioning of Owerri-Orlu road, a Federal Road built by the 3R Government and the newly built & furnished Imo State House of Assembly (IMHA) Complex.”
However, opposition party PDP has released a statement partly reading, “Our party, condemns the move to bring President Buhari to Imo State to re-commission a 30-year-old repainted complex and the uncompleted Owerri-Okigwe Road.”
Recall also that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) gave a sit-at-home notice for today. The Imo government said they have adequate security for the President’s visit.
